Dale Shipley


Dale Shipley sang lead for Perfect Heart from 1990-1996. In September 2013, Dale joined John Rulapaugh, Preston Garner, and Burman Porter to form a new group called the Freedom Quartet. This group was formerly known as the Freedom Trio.
